D.A. Academy of NC is a fully- licensed North Carolina Dental Assisting Proprietary School dedicated to providing students with the best dental education around. Our licensing bodies are both the  NC Community College board and the NC Dental Dental board.

Our 12 week Dental Assisting I course that consists of thorough lectures paired with hands on clinicals. Most students find our course schedule very convenient due to being offered on Monday & Wednesday or Tuesday & Thursday evenings from 6pm-9:30pm or Saturdays 8am-5pm. Our course is very engaging, interactive, and overall fun while learning such important material. In conclusion of  the 12 weeks, students feel very comfortable and confident with all of the course topics and are ready for interviews. The ultimate goal for both us and the student is to secure employment!

We pride ourselves in properly preparing our students to be well qualified dental assistants within a professional dental practice. We do this by employing only the best teachers for our valued students and ensuring that they are all provided with ample in-office and hands-on experience.

We are a locally owned institution, so we have a long-standing relationship with some of the best dental professionals of the area who are glad and eager to welcome our students to study under them.

Our students, upon successful graduation, will find that they have been adequately prepared to handle themselves in a dental setting and equipped with a great number of skills which will aid them in their effective work at any qualified dentistry practice.
